Drylining is where Express started. Today our teams deliver complete interior packages (partitions, wall linings, suspended and feature ceilings, glazed partitions and plastering) for schools, hospitals, universities, leisure and commercial buildings. From our base in Rainham, our drylining teams work across London, Essex, Kent and the South East, as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors.

Partitions and ceilings carry fire, acoustic and thermal performance that the building depends on. We build to the system manufacturer's details and coordinate service penetrations and fire stopping with the other trades, so the performance on paper is the performance on site.
Because we also deliver the SFS and façade, we can take the wall from the outside face to the internal finish. One contractor for the envelope and the interior means fewer interfaces for you to manage.

Our workforce is NVQ-qualified and holds CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards. Our supervisors are SMSTS-trained.
