Express Group Ltd are an Essex based company founded by Tim Daci.
Originally starting off as a specialist dry-lining company, over the years we have developed a team tackling the challenges of providing a single contractor solution for installing all types of interior and exterior walling systems as technology options and design requirements have been introduced to UK we have been quick to take on any requirements that our Clients may introduce.
Our Workforce
The core of our workforce has worked for Express Group Construction Ltd for over 15 years. This helps achieve a high standard of work, as they understand and can deliver our core ethos, which is achieving high quality of workmanship whilst working closely with our Clients to achieve their specific goals.
Our workforce holds 100% of the following accreditations including CSCS/FIRAS/IPAF and PASMA, and Express Group Construction Ltd have also invested heavily in getting all of our workforce NVQ qualified as well as providing SMSTS/SSSTS trained Supervisors to safely manage our works on site..

Express have also committed to attaining a further BS Certificate, BS EN 1090 CE Accreditation for UKCA Marking of inhouse manufactured cold formed items

Our Directors
Tim Daci
Tim’s career has been based around Construction related works, initially working on the tools as a drylining fixer and tape and jointer for Subcontractors on Commercial and Fit Out Projects in London and the South East.
In later years he recognised a shortfall in the Construction Industry, the need to supply quality labour with a proven track record, various larger Subcontractors came to him to supply Operatives to install all aspects of Partitions, Ceilings and SFS, again centred around London and the South East of England. With this wealth of Clientele came the need to upgrade the business and hence Express Drylining/Group Construction were born, Group took over Drylining when the scopes of work expanded.
His vision to create his own company came to fruition in 2011 and together with Peter his entrepreneurial spirit and devotion to excellence has enabled them to build a business that is
customer focused with a pragmatic can do attitude.
Tim takes Commercial and Financial responsibility for Express, has a passion for exploring new methods of construction and materials and still plays an active operational role visiting all Express's sites on a regular basis to engage with his Clients.
Peter Head
Peter started Express Drylining in 2010 and through hard work and a determined diligence to his Clients has taken Express to where it is today, this is a testament to his dedication to his Client base and Express as a whole.
Peter has an engineering background which has been an enormous benefit and for the past 15 years since Peter started Express he has seen the company grow from Express Drylining to the Express Group. Together the Directors have built an External Façade and Internal Fit Out business that focuses on safely delivering projects with Contract values up to £4m and a turnover of £10m pa.
Peter concentrates on business administration/project delivery and takes direct responsibility for Express’s pre construction design coordination with the Client and our inhouse Design Team.
