About Express Group

Express started as a specialist drylining company. Today Express Group Construction Ltd designs and installs façade, recladding and drylining packages for main contractors, from our base in Rainham, Essex. Our sister company Express Facades & Manufacturings Ltd makes the rainscreen, SFS and brackets in Rainham.

Our story

Express began as Express Drylining, supplying skilled partition, ceiling and SFS teams to contractors in London and the South East. As clients asked us to take on more of the wall, we added SFS, cladding, render, flashings and fire stopping, and Express Drylining became Express Group.

Today we design, manufacture and install the building envelope and the interior, so main contractors deal with one company for the work and the materials. Our sister companies, Express Facades and Express Acoustics, manufacture aluminium rainscreen systems and acoustic panels.

The core of our workforce has worked with Express for many years and understands what we expect on site. Every operative holds CSCS, FIRAS, IPAF and PASMA accreditation, we have invested in NVQ qualifications for our workforce, and our works are managed by SMSTS and SSSTS-trained supervisors.
