We replace the outer wall of existing buildings: to remove unsafe materials, improve thermal performance or renew a tired elevation. Our teams handle strip-out, framing, fire barriers and new cladding as one package, with our own SFS and in-house design. We work as a specialist subcontractor to the main contractor.

Working on occupied and existing buildings
Recladding often happens around people who live, study or work in the building. We plan access, sequencing and protection with the main contractor so that each elevation is opened up, made safe and closed again in a controlled order.
Our site supervisors are SMSTS-trained and our operatives hold CSCS, IPAF and PASMA cards.

Can you reclad a building while it is occupied?
Yes, with the right planning. We agree access, sequencing and protection with the main contractor so that each elevation is opened and closed in a controlled order.
Do you remove the existing cladding as well as install the new?
Yes. Strip-out, framing, boards, insulation, cavity barriers and new cladding can all sit in one package with us.
Do you install cavity barriers and fire stopping?
Yes. We are a FIRAS-approved installer of fire stopping, and cavity barriers form part of our façade and recladding packages.
Can you replace or repair the SFS behind the cladding?
Yes. We manufacture our own SFS in Rainham and can replace or extend framing where the existing structure needs it.
What size of recladding package can you take on?
We have the capacity to deliver façade, recladding and drylining packages on projects worth up to £50m.
