Express Group Ltd are a Kent based company founded by Tim Daci.
Originally starting off as a specialist dry-lining company, over the years we have developed a team tackling the challenges of providing a single contractor solution for installing all types of interior and exterior walling systems as technology options and design requirements have been introduced to UK.
Our Workforce
The core of our workforce have worked for Express Group Ltd for over 15 years. This helps achieve a high standard of work, as they understand and can deliver our core ethos, which is achieving high quality of workmanship whilst working closely with our main contractor to achieve their specific goals.
Our workforce holds 100% of the following accreditations including CSCS, IPAF and PASMA, and Express Group Ltd have invested heavily in getting all of our workforce NVQ qualified and SSS in their respective trade.

Our Directors
Tim Daci
Tim’s career has been based around construction related works, initially working on the tools as a drylining fixer and tape and jointer for subcontractors on commercial and fit our projects in London and the South East.
Subsequently he a built a team supplying labour to various larger subcontractors to install all aspects of partitions, ceilings and SFS again centred around London.
His vision to create his own company came to fruition in 2011 and together with Peter Head from 2013 his entrepreneurial spirit and devotion to excellence has enabled them to build a business that is
customer focused with a pragmatic can do attitude.
Tim takes commercial and financial responsibility for Express, has a passion for exploring new methods of construction and materials and still plays an active operational role visiting all sites on a regular basis.
Peter Head
Peter has worked in the construction industry for all of his working life. Starting as a labourer while studying for A levels, training as an Engineer with John Laing Construction before becoming involved in site management and then as senior management including 10 years as MD of Osborne Housing.
For the past 10 years Peter has worked within the sub-contractor sector, the last 7 with Tim Daci running Express Drylining and now the Express Group. Together they have built an external façade and internal fit out business that focuses on safely delivering projects with contract values up to £4m and a turnover of £10m pa.
Peter concentrates on business administration and project delivery and takes direct responsibility for Express’s pre construction design coordination.
